A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will have an important role delivering business improvements and efficiencies for our client. Duties will include data analysis and business analysis support for software development, testing, data migration and upgrades. Candidates must have at least four year’s significant experience as a business analyst within the life assurance industry and hold or be studying towards a related professional qualification, BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.

We are searching for a skilled individual proficient in acquiring, organising and analysing large amounts of data, with expertise in data visualisation and statistical modelling. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will have proficiency in acquiring, organising, cleansing and manipulating large amounts of data, have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including VBA) and proven experience in one or more scripting languages (SQL, python, etc). The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and the ability to influence organisational decisions.

You will be working with different teams across the business to identify where there are business opportunities for improvements in processes, controls or management information.  The ideal candidate will hold the Business Analyst qualification such as BCS Business Analyst Certificates (Foundation or higher) or have suitable experience.
